MINUTES OF THE GENERAL BODY MEETING HELD ON 14.06.2013

As informed earlier, the Executive Body meeting was held on 19.07.2013 at Conference Hall, ground floor, C R Building (Annexe), Patna and discussed several issues. The minutes of this Executive Body meeting will be uploaded soon. 

However, the MINUTES OF THE GENERAL BODY MEETING held on 14.06.2013 at Patna is attached for information.

NOTICE FOR EXECUTIVE BODY MEETING

The Executive Body Meeting of the Association has been fixed at 14.00 Hrs. on 19.07.2013 at Patna. The Venue of the meeting is Conference Hall, Ground Floor, Anexee Building, C R Building, Patna.

Agenda of the meeting will be:-
(i) Welcome Address of the President.
(ii) Report of the General Secretary 
(iii) Discussion regarding issues related to CEC Meet of AICEIA (to be held on 27th & 28th July, 2013).
(iv) Discussion & finalization of date of next G.B. Meet scheduled to be held at Jamshedpur.
(v) Any other issue with permission of the chair.
(vi) Vote of thanks.
